Also while this was all happening I knew that I might be moving to another state for work and said I wanted to do month to month rent in case I did have to move?. They told me the only way that would be possible is if I stayed in my current apartment but since they really needed 2 bedroom apartments they said the only fee for breaking my lease would be the lease breaking fee lisited in the contract:. I am needing to move now and when I told them this they handed me a paper saying to break my lease it would be 2 months rent plus the lease breaking fee|. I had asked them several times during the leasing process about breaking my lease for work moves and I was always told it was only the fee listed in the contract|. Now because again I didn't get it in writting I am being screwed out of $1800?.
The Lodge at River Park is managed by Greystar but everytime I have tried to call any number listed on their website I got the message they were unavailable at this time and every option I chose brought me to the same message:. I would never tell anyone to rent from any of their properties, especially the Lodge. 129122e
