Your insincere comments only propell my argument further. What kind of person says... "I'm really sorry to hear about your Mother's accident and I can truly understand your frustration. However, when I applied for an apt. it was clearly explained to me that the admin fee and the credit check fee were non-refundable. So although I truly do empathize with your situation, they are non-refundable." UNLESS YOU ARE ON THEIR PAYROLL!!!! You can't brandish a turd and call it chocolate cake and expect those with any intelligence to eat it!! |
